quiet month — three PRs, but one of them was important enough to ship on its own.

Atif tried investing $896.32 into his filtered FDGRX fund and only $30.09 actually went in. embarrassing. when we scaled down orders to meet our minimum-order-size rule, the rescaled orders could themselves drop below the minimum, and we'd silently skip them. we now figure out up-front how many holdings can receive at least the minimum, then split the full amount across only those — no leftover sitting in cash unless we genuinely can't place an order.

if you've been seeing partial allocations on filtered funds with lots of holdings, this fixes it. and your previous rebalance tests still pass — we double-checked.
