big news first: fund creation is back on. then a few quieter wins.
here's the 60 second recap:
fund creation re-enabled ✅
after the April pause to deal with bad upstream holdings data, we've shipped enough validation guardrails to flip it back on. if the latest holdings data fails our checks, we fall back to the last known good snapshot instead of writing garbage into your fund. you can create funds again.

we moved our FinSheets calls behind a Cloudflare worker — faster, more resilient, and centralised so we can rate-limit and log issues in one place. paired with new centralised validation so a single malformed response can't cascade into bad data across the app.

Exporting holdings provides all the info except the average cost of the stock. Shares and average cost are key components to manage portfolio in almost any other portfolio management software.
added — new "Avg Cost Per Share" column right after the "Shares" column. data was already there, we just weren't including it in the export.
a foundation-rebuild quarter wraps up. on to 2026.
